10-Minute Microwave Blueberry Dump Cake
Warm, buttery dessert with almost no prep? This is one of those recipes to keep in your back pocket for the nights you want something sweet without turning it into a whole project.
Blueberry pie filling, yellow cake mix, oats, and butter come together right in the microwave. Add whipped cream or vanilla ice cream and it feels like you did way more work than you actually did. 💜

Microwave Blueberry Dump Cake
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1½ sticks butter
- ½ cup quick oats
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
Directions
- Spread the pie filling in the bottom of the Deep Covered Baker.
- Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the pie filling. Do not prepare the cake mix according to the box directions.
- Sprinkle the quick oats over the cake mix.
- Slice the butter with the Egg Slicer Plus and arrange the slices evenly over the oats.
- Cover and microwave for 10 minutes.
- Let it rest, covered, for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and cool another 5–10 minutes before serving.

Blueberry is what I used here, but this is an easy recipe to customize with whatever pie filling sounds good. Cherry, apple, and peach are all simple swaps.
