- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Oil for spritzing
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) Creamy Jalapeño Dip Mix or another favorite rub
- ¼ cup (60 mL) Sweet Onion Sauce or Teriyaki Sauce With Honey, if you have some left over Brown Sugar Bourbon Sauce that one works too!
- ½ bag of tortilla chips (about 7 oz.)
- 8 oz. colby jack or Monterrey Jack cheese, grated (2 cups)
- 1 can (15 oz.) black or pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- Optional Toppings: Guacamole, sour cream, jalapeño peppers, cilantro, and salsa
Directions
- Set the Deluxe Air Fryer & Oven to SYNC FINISH. Set the Bottom compartment to HEAT & CRISP and adjust the temperature to 375°F (190°C) on HIGH FAN. Set the time to 35 minutes. Press START. Set the Top compartment to BAKE for 8 minutes. Press START. Grease an Air Fryer Rack with oil.
- Pat the wings dry with paper towels. Combine the wings, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add the oil and toss to combine. Place the wings on the greased Air Fryer Rack.
- Layer the chips, cheese, and beans on the Sheet Pan. You can also add a cooked protein taco meat, left over / shredded chicken or use a rotisserie chicken for extra easy.
- When the display says, “Add Food,” place the nachos in the Top compartment and the wings in the Bottom compartment. Press START.
- Toss the wings with your chosen rub or sauce and top the nachos with any optional toppings, if you’d like.
- Additional option just season the chicken with salt and pepper and mix 1/2 cup ranch dressing and 1 Tbsp hot sauce (or more depending on your heat tolerance) together to make a dipping sauce.
