Join a hands-on Cookie Workshop in Las Vegas or Henderson where we will prepare several cookie flavors together. You will leave with an assortment of portioned cookie dough ready to freeze and bake whenever you need fresh cookies.

This is not a traditional baking class. We will not spend the workshop waiting for cookies to bake. Instead, we will focus on getting the prep work done so your freezer is stocked for the holiday season. 💜

How the Cookie Workshop Works

Each participant will help prepare an assigned cookie flavor. We will mix and scoop the dough, then divide the cookies evenly so everyone takes home a variety.

You will leave with:

  • An assortment of ready-to-freeze cookie dough
  • Simple freezing and baking instructions
  • Homemade cookies ready whenever you need them
  • Less holiday baking stress and cleanup later

The cookie dough can be stored in the freezer for up to six months, making it easy to bake a few cookies at a time or prepare a full tray for a holiday gathering.

Your at-home workshop does not have to be held on one of my scheduled dates. A minimum of five participants total is required, and larger groups are welcome.

No. The goal is to complete the mixing and scooping so you can take the prepared dough home to freeze and bake later.

Can I attend by myself?

Yes. You can reserve an individual spot at one of the workshops held at Melanie’s home. A minimum of five registered participants is required for the workshop to take place.

Can I bring the workshop to my home?

Yes. Choose a date and bring the Cookie Workshop to your home for your group. A minimum of five participants total is required.

How long can I keep the cookie dough?

Properly stored cookie dough can remain in the freezer for up to six months. You will receive storage and baking instructions.

Do I need to purchase anything?

Yes. Each participant is required to purchase the Cookie Workshop Kit.

You will also need to bring:

  • Five 16.5 ounce rolls of Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • The assigned add-in ingredients for your cookie flavor

I will provide the tools used during the workshop, and you will receive your ingredient assignment and shopping details before the event.
