This policy explains how Cooking with Melanie collects, uses, and shares personal information through this website, including recipe signups, inquiries, event registrations, and requests for services. This is Cooking with Melanie’s policy, not Pampered Chef’s privacy policy.
Information you provide
The information requested depends on what you choose to do:
- Recipe Club, newsletters and free resources: your name, email address, mobile number if you choose text messages, and communication preferences.
- Questions, catalog requests and party inquiries: contact details, a mailing address when needed to send a catalog, and the information you include in your message.
- Events and workshops: contact information, RSVP details, workshop selections and information needed to arrange your participation.
- Meal planning: contact details and the household size, food preferences and other meal-planning information you choose to share. Please avoid sending medical records or information that is not needed for your request.

You can browse recipes without subscribing. You may choose not to provide requested information, although that may prevent Cooking with Melanie from fulfilling a signup, registration or request.

Shopping links may take you to Melanie’s Pampered Chef consultant website. Information entered into Pampered Chef’s checkout is handled under Pampered Chef’s privacy policy and terms. Cooking with Melanie may receive consultant order information needed to support your purchase and earns commission on qualifying purchases.
Other external services, including payment, scheduling, social-media and video platforms, have their own privacy practices. Review their notices when you use them. Please do not send full payment-card details through a contact form or ordinary email.
