Easy busy-night dinner
Pork Asian Noodles
Tender pork, ramen noodles, veggies, and a sweet-and-savory teriyaki sauce come together for an easy dinner with takeout-style flavor—without needing to hit the drive-thru.
This is one of those recipes that works because it is flexible. Use the vegetables you have, adjust the sauce to your family, and swap the protein when needed.

Why this dinner works 💜
- Ramen keeps it fast: Toss the seasoning packets and use the noodles as an inexpensive, quick-cooking base.
- You do not need a lot of meat: Cutting the pork small helps it cook quickly and stretches it throughout the whole dish.
- Frozen vegetables are completely fine: Peas and carrots work, but this is also a great place to use leftover vegetables from the fridge.
- The sauce does the heavy lifting: Teriyaki Sauce with Honey and Crunchy Garlic Crisp give you big flavor without a long ingredient list.

- 3 packages dry ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
- ½–1 lb pork loin, cut into bite-size pieces
- ¼ cup butter (½ stick)

- ½ cup Teriyaki Sauce with Honey
- ½ bag frozen peas & carrots, or another vegetable
- Oil or butter, for cooking the pork
Directions

- Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions, but discard the seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the frozen vegetables according to the package directions.
- In a 3-qt. or larger saucepan, 12-inch skillet, or 5.25-qt. pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the Crunchy Garlic Crisp Seasoning Mix to the melted butter and cook for 30–60 seconds, or until fragrant.
- Add the Teriyaki Sauce with Honey and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Reduce the heat to low and toss until the noodles are warmed through and coated in the sauce.
- Stir in the cooked pork and heated vegetables.

Melanie’s Mealtime Shortcut 💜
Cut the pork into small bite-size pieces so it cooks quickly. It also spreads the pork throughout the noodles, helping the meal feel hearty without needing a huge amount of meat.
Melanie’s Tips 💜
- We like extra sauce. I use a full stick of butter and 1 cup of Teriyaki Sauce with Honey when I want it extra saucy.
- Adjust the heat. Crunchy Garlic Crisp has a little kick, so use less if your family prefers things mild.
- Shop your fridge first. Check for leftover vegetables before opening a new bag of frozen veggies.
- Do not get stuck on pork. This dinner works with leftover steak, shrimp, chicken, or even scrambled eggs.
Easy swaps when dinner plans change
Swap the protein
Use chicken, shrimp, steak, scrambled eggs, or another cooked protein you already have.
Swap the vegetables
Broccoli, peppers, green beans, edamame, mixed vegetables, or leftovers can all work here.
